Average crowd for league games this season was 899 which was 14th in the league. 12 clubs averaged over 1000 and despite reaching the play offs, Curzon were joint bottom with Peterborough averaging just 400

That figure doesn’t actually include yesterday’s match.

Our final average attendance was 919
• 2nd highest if that was southern prem south
• that average is higher then the highest attendance of 12 clubs below
• our lowest attendance is higher than the highest attendance of 6 clubs below
• our highest attendance this season is 1k higher than the highest in the league below

It is, but still nearly 3 times higher than most of our exile years.

I'd love someone to explain to me how we used to be able to pay £40k ground rent, have no sponsorship money, bar take, burger take, and attendances of 300 and still built a solid Conference North squad. Whereas this season we had none of those hindrances, and never had a competitive squad.

Not sure where these stats came from but the last one, in particular,  is wrong.

According to Football Web Pages
2021-22 average 1190 10th
2022-23 average 945 13th
2023-24 average 899 14th
If yesterday's attendance brings us up to 915 we've been remarkably consistent considering what's been served up. Fingers crossed we're all turning up next season. If most of our income is spent on the pitch and not servicing debt we really should be able to compete next year. Of course we won't be getting some of the away gates like Saturday's. I think it's essential to maximise profits from the bar and food. We're nowhere near PC's 1500 dream but a few wins and an excellent burger would help. Just a thought.....

I didn’t realise that the Curzon game for us was that low otherwise it’s correct according to the stats from the same website.

A question I’ve asked myself dozens of times. I appreciate times and wages and expenses have changed considerably but we still managed to attract the Darren Edward’s of this world . Sadly the days of Webby playing for his home team for a very modest monetary return are long gone.
Boris and TH recruitment was quite remarkable.
