Friday morning and here to do a few bits and pieces.  Pleasant surprise when I turned in off Sudmeadow Road.

It's not perfect but scalpings have been put down and the pot hole situation is much much better.  Thank you to whoever is listening

Well done to you for getting it done and who ever payed for the scalpings .It really did  need doing. A big thank you from all of us drivers .

I don't think I've ever heard the word scalpings before this week in my fifty years on this planet, but thank you for sorting it, it has been very bouncy driving down there recently. First gear tastic.

I think scalpings are what contractors generate when taking off the old top surface tarmac before reapplying the new tarmac, I expect Eamon has a few hundred tonnes of it to offload so it'll be Eamons work I'll bet.

Unfortunately they are starting to reappear already, although nowhere near as bad as a few weeks ago
