You know, that county cricket club that won't play in Gloucester or even use the word Gloucester in their name are looking to sell their ground at Nevil Road in Bristol and move to a new ground near to the M4 north east of Bristol/

They have spent millions to allow international cricket to be played there. Land must be worth a lot then.

£40M apparently. Not sure if that's a lot or not when it comes to building a new ground and using the rest to shore up annual losses.
