I have one in my collection in the loft. As soon as I’m up to a bit of loft clambering, I’ll retrieve it and it’s yours. Smile

Totally agree - in the early years money was spent on it to keep it that way but sadly when times were hard it was deemed a non essential expense.

That would be Great Dave, Thank You. I'll pay you for it, if you don't want any money for it, I'll give the money to Charity.

I don’t want anything, but if you want to chuck a couple of quid in the Supporters Club coffers, every little helps! Smile

Dave - while you're up in the attic can you fish me out a programme for Rochdale against Queens Park Rangers on the 7th October 1958, in the old Third Division. Finney, Milburn, Cooper and Jock Wallace were playing for them that season, and they finished bottom and were relegated!

Thanks

RE: On this day - Neil - 21-07-2022

I've got an old Rangers programme from the WW2 that my dads uncle gave me, I've always thought it was quite valuable but it's probably not.

I’m afraid AP got to the 1958 section before I could hide them, and he threw them all down an active volcano.

Any programme?

RE: On this day - Andrew B - 23-07-2022

23rd July 1989.

Wishing former Gloucester City AFC goalkeeper Mike Green, a Very Happy Birthday!!! Mike was one of two Mike Greens in the team, the other being Mike Green, (right back).
Mike Green, (goalkeeper) was our first National League North goalkeeper, having signed for us on a season long loan from Bristol Rovers. He had a fantastic season in goal for us, kept us in games. He Won 'joint' player of the season, 2009/10.
Mike was to later have two more spells at Gloucester.
